The LOP( League of Pups ) is inspired by the founder's three beloved dogs, who have been by their side since their student days. More than just pets, they are family—an irreplaceable part of life and the heart behind everything we do.
At LOP, our philosophy is built on three core values: love, respect, and trust. These principles are shared by every member of our team and guide how we care for each dog and connect with every client. We believe in a dog-first approach, where every decision is made with the wellbeing, comfort, and happiness of the dogs in mind.

From our services and facilities to booking and safety measures, we've covered everything you need to know.
You're welcome to bring your dog's regular food, along with any information on their enrolment form that will help us get to know their preferences and routine. Feel free to pack their favourite toy or blanket too, so they can feel right at home during their stay.
To help keep all dogs safe, we require all dogs to be up to date with their vaccinations, including kennel cough. Feel free to contact us or visit us in store if you have any questions about our vaccination requirements.
Absolutely! We encourage all new clients to tour our facility before booking. This helps your dog get familiar with the environment and gives you peace of mind about where they'll be staying.
If your dog is involved in an accident or becomes unwell while in our care, we will assess the situation immediately, provide appropriate first aid where needed, complete an Accident Report, and contact you as soon as possible. If emergency veterinary care is required, we will take your dog to a veterinary clinic without delay.
Every dog begins with a Trial Day, allowing us to get to know their personality, behaviour, and play style. We'll provide you with honest feedback and let you know how they settled into the group.
