6:30-8:30
Drop-Off & Welcome
A warm, tail-wagging welcome awaits! During drop-off, we help dogs settle in, gently introduce them to new friends, and thoughtfully group them based on their personality, play style, and preferences.
8:30-10:30
Enrichment Play
Our dog handlers stay with each group throughout the day, providing enrichment activities tailored to their preferences and the weather—keeping every pup engaged, comfortable, and happy.
10：30-11：00
Lunchtime Care
We provide personalised feeding based on each owner’s instructions, ensuring every dog’s needs are met. We also keep detailed records of their meals to monitor appetite and wellbeing.
11：00-12：30
Post-Meal Rest
After lunch, our dog handlers stay with the dogs to support a calm, comfortable rest time. Based on each dog’s needs, we arrange indoor lounging, outdoor relaxation, or private rest spaces.
13：00-15：00
Afternoon Enrichment Play
In the afternoon, our dog handlers lead a variety of enrichment activities tailored to the weather, ensuring every dog stays engaged, active, and happy.
15：00-18：00
Home Time Prep
Before heading home, we get everyone ready for pick-up. Dogs booked for grooming enjoy a fresh bath, while we organise each pup’s belongings and make sure they’re happy and settled as they wait to be reunited with their families.
